How I move from discovery to production without losing clarity on scope, UX, or backend reliability.

Building a product is not just writing features. It is aligning the interface, data model, and deployment path so the system stays maintainable after launch.
I start with discovery: who the product is for, what success looks like, and which constraints are non-negotiable. From there I shape a thin vertical slice — real UI, real API, real auth — so stakeholders can react early.
Architecture choices matter. Clean boundaries between client, API, and storage keep iterations fast. Supabase, Next.js, and typed contracts help me ship with confidence while still moving quickly.
The goal is always the same: a product that feels intentional on day one and still feels solid six months later.

A compact delivery checklist I use from discovery to go-live on marketing and product sites.

Why I ship many client marketing sites with Next.js and Vercel for speed, SEO, and low ops overhead.

Phone, WhatsApp, and quote forms beat fancy animations when someone needs a plumber today.
